WITEC installs and services the electrical systems behind public roadways: LED street lighting, signalized intersections, intelligent transportation system (ITS) devices and bridge lighting and power.
Roadway work is about safety for the crew and the traveling public. We set traffic control to plan, coordinate locates, and follow the specifications of agencies such as the City of Kansas City, Missouri and MoDOT where those agencies own the work.

Street Lighting & Traffic Signals questions
Do you work on public agency projects?
Yes. We bid public roadway lighting and signal projects and coordinate with agencies such as KCMO and MoDOT where applicable. Send bid invitations to info@witecinc.com.
Can you maintain private street and parking lighting?
Yes. HOAs, campuses and commercial property owners use us for pole lighting repairs, LED conversions and circuit troubleshooting.
Do you install highway ITS equipment?
Yes. Highway ITS systems and bridge electrical systems are part of WITEC's outside utility work.
